By accessing the Humboldt County Chess Club website (hccc.club), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering through Google OAuth. Accounts used for harassment or cheating in club activities may be suspended.

3. Club Conduct

Members are expected to maintain sportsmanship during all meetups and online interactions. We reserve the right to remove access for users who violate club community standards.

The website is provided "as is." While we strive for 100% uptime for our tournament tools and notifications, we are not liable for any service interruptions.
