When you sign in using Google, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture URL. This information is used strictly to identify you within the Humboldt County Chess Club community and to manage your club membership.

Authentication and Data Security

We utilize Supabase to manage our authentication and database infrastructure. The Humboldt County Chess Club does not receive, process, or store your passwords or Google credentials; these are handled exclusively by Supabase’s encrypted authentication system. Your data is stored securely on their servers, and we maintain a strict policy against selling, trading, or transferring your personally identifiable information to any outside parties.

Your Rights & Data Deletion

You may request to have your account and associated data deleted at any time. To initiate a deletion request, please contact a club organizer or use the profile management tools available within your member dashboard.
